At AGM Customs, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and labels remain attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
